I probably would have scooted when they said I'd be fired upon, but I'd also be highly incised.

Wonder what the fishing is like inside the Navy area.

I don't think this is unusual, you usually hear this kind of radio chatter when there is a navy or coast guard vessel in the vicinity. Over in HH at the navy base they really get flipped out, especially if there is a navy vessel docked up there.
