And for clarification. This was in the US and an obvious fisherman, not Yemen, and not the USS COLE!

I spent 7 recent months in Afghanistan, and could not even think about using "Deadly force" on someone who has not been positively identified as an imminent threat to myself or a coalition force. She was talking out of her a$$
