I was out there a couple of days in a row, had my mornings free and I went for it hoping for big fish, something I haven't caught in a while.
Beautiful conditions, light southernly swell, hardly any wind, some uphill current, water in 60-61, visibility 10-15 and improving, no surf at the launch… I haven’t seen any bird action… Mighty healthy kelp is there, going strong… Bait was easy at the pier early under the lights for a couple of days now. Nice finally meeting you Nate, good seeing everyone.

Same story for me the past two nights. The current was definitely movin' for a while tonight, but no action. Several guys out but no fish.

Nice night for a paddle. Even the divers struck out today. Still knocking off the rust and a few #'s at the same time. No fish. Soon.
