checked in to see the progress looks pretty good, so does what was in the pan...is that canadian bacon in there?

Of course fish fillets; red onion, red bell peppers, spices, fresh orange juice, and a little peanut oil.

My creation, hardly, Just a couple of very good but separate creations that I'm putting together. But yes Noel, when it's done, we'll have to arrange a test drive for you.

On another note, were you down here for the fly fishing show? My wife has been sick, so I missed it, and now it's my turn for taking care of her; proof no good deed goes unpunished.

Holy Cow! Takes some serious guts to cut up a boat like that, but it looks great!

Question: are you going to be fashioning your own "drive" or just dropping in a Hobie assembly? Apologies if this was covered and I missed it.
