Are the Stealth 12/14 the 2009 or 2010 models?

Did you purchase your x-factor new or was it secondhand? Sounds like iceman is still willing to try and resolve your issues.

I'm sure it will be taken care of. I own a super old Malibut Extreme, Thing is damn near bulletproof. Its like a chicken laying eggs. theres alwasy going to a be bad one at some point.

Ive fished out of a couple kayaks, and I find myself going back to the X-factor. Malibu makes great boats.

See ya Saterday

Malibu's warranty doesn't carry over if you buy it used genius. It's only if you buy it new. It's your own fault for not understanding that before you bought the kayak. I wouldn't bash a company because of your own mistake, no wonder your post got deleted.

Most companies do cover the yak for structural flaws up to so many years no matter if you were the original owner or not. It’s like a car, you buy a car most car companies have a 36,000 mile warranty, does that end if you buy it used with 30,000 miles. No!!!, So It’s not Stoneales fault for assuming it would be warranted. I have never owned a Malibu yak, But know Andy he has great customer service, I'm sure if you’re not happy with anything that you bought from him, He'll do his best for the customer.

Stoneale, I deleted your post because you placed it within a post I made to promote a sale that I am working hard on. Placing a bunch of photos of your kayak seemed a little out of place........no we are not taking trade ins at this sale. Bring in your kayak and your receipt and talk to me. I will make it right.
