Heading out on Newport harbor 4/16 - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I fished Newport for a couple of hours this morning. Launched from the Coast Guard Station. The bass bite is picking up. Caught a couple of Spottys and a sand bass. Have fun.

It looks like Saturday will be the day rather then today. My wife reminded me that I promised to do some work around the house and Saturday would be a better day for fishing

So I will be going out this Saturday!
