Heading out on Newport harbor 4/16
 

Everyone:

I am going to be out on Newport Harbor tomorrow starting around 10:30 just before high tide. Launching from the Newport Aquatic Center.

If anyone else is going to be out there, I will be on a grey Hobie Revo.

I fished Newport for a couple of hours this morning. Launched from the Coast Guard Station. The bass bite is picking up. Caught a couple of Spottys and a sand bass. Have fun.

It looks like Saturday will be the day rather then today. My wife reminded me that I promised to do some work around the house and Saturday would be a better day for fishing :notworthy:

So I will be going out this Saturday!
