well i have a electric trolling engine . am i "green" enough to be included or am i one of the pb guys?

In response to private boaters being at the meetings.... they are there in force also, although they don't speak alot at the meetings, the sport boat captains and a TON of bloodydeckers showed up at the meeting in LA. They are doing their part, the question is why aren't more of you doing something? ? ? ? ? ?
