Cooked this in less than 10 minutes. Cajun lingcod one side blackened for taste. 3 minutes each side in olive oil...Mccormick cajun powder and a tiny dash of lawrys but not needed if you blacken. Spinach salad with blueberries and the dressing was just mezzetta Italian mix giardiniera vegetables with juice from the jar.

Size:  46.2 KB it's so versatile and easy to cook up in just about any way....can't say that for most fish.
