Thanks guys! Especially for the recent reports. The forecast is looking a little more favorable. I picked these 9" MC Viejos today in hopes of enticing some big lings:

Cory makes some good stuff
xmas tree works very well too
got a nice ling on one of those big white halibut grubs with the glow lead head too
made a mack by accident, sent it back down and nabbed a keeper ling
the lings are pretty aggressive when on the bite

keep your drag tight
let the rod do the work
don't give em an inch

I'll be in the area this week

Hey Dave Legacy,

I'll be doing work-related training during the mornings/early afternoon in SLO all week long and I'm hoping to fish the afternoons/evenings Mon/Tue and Fri if weather allows.

I'm PM'ing you
