For the record, I've never had an issue with F&W in regards to Fishing. My issue has always been with them in regards to hunting and field collecting of other wildlife particularly of reptiles (Another hobby of mine). And I support 100% them in regards to upholding the existing regulations. My issue has been with wardens that cant tell the difference between species of animals and always choose to cite rather than research to find out if what they're doing is right. Many of them couldn't tell the difference between Lampropeltis Zonata (California mountain kingsnake) and Lampropeltis pyromelana (Arizona mountain kingsnake). I know LOTS of people that have been cited, and had animals confiscated only to be proven to be in the right and IF they get their animals returned they're rarely in decent health.

Just been my experience.
