You should have peed on his tire. Even if you didn't need to pee.

I did that out in the desert once while we were pheasant hunting. The local F&G warden was a COMPLETE douche nugget. He had his sled parked next to my truck and was actually blocking my truck from leaving. He was nowhere to be found and I needed to pee so I dropped trouser and relieved myself on his state provided front tire. Doubt he ever noticed but it did give me a strange sense of satisfaction in addition to making my bladder gladder.
