Mounting thr Transducer in my Yaks hull
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...pf_rd_i=507846 that goes with this FF: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=ATVPDKIKX0DER But according to the comments, the transducer just "sits" in "grease" in the cup? so if you were to tip your kayak, it would fall out? Im confused as to how this works. Should I buy this kit but get some other adhesive? |

I used a pvc threaded cupling, gooped to the hull, cut a pool noodle to foam fit the transducer, fill with water then screw the cap on to keep it in place. Works great.
