Just change the wheels.you need some soft ballon wheels. Andy sells those grey hobie wheels.

I just going to give my current dolly to my friend which have a small kayak....so i need a new one anyway, any suggestion?

If you are rolling across the sand you need to have larger tires(width) with low pressure to distribute weight further.
