That's what it is!
When Amish Ed and I went on Monday i was catching lots of them,but they were a small about 6"-9" I didn't know what they were.i knew they were some kind of perch.i hooked about 20 with sabiki looking for mackerel.

I got his twin in LJ a couple months ago watching the sunset while feeding the kelp critters a tank of squid It was a first off the kayak for me too ![]() ![]()
