timely report

went to leo yesterday. thought i would take it easy and just surf fish. only spent a few hours because i left late. i got more action from shore than when i went on kayak , a few weeks back. 3 rock fish and one scorpion. i forgot my pliers and my license back at home , keep that on the low, low . all fish released , most with at least one more hole . one with hook in mouth . the scorpion. it was not worth wrestling a designer hook out of his mouth , for the pain endured , although i was contemplating on it . . ocean was like a lake at times , 2 -3 " when it kicked up . weather epic. 70 + degree in fall ? does not get much better . was thinking of bringing out the yak , this morning and hitting it up , but here i am behind this screen. some locals may not like what i am gonna post, but since i am not in s.d. , and nobody knows me in the bu , here it is . i did see a fleet of commercial boats , that was not there yesterday . may not mean squat .

Is it a crime to report a fleet of boats?

Thanks for the timely report. I'm sure a fleet of boats means something to someone in SD, nothing to me here in the OC.

Just like Andy said, lights all along the coast for some time now and when I say 'some time' I mean as far back as the Oct 1st.
