Last Friday Afternoon Conditions

Hi. Went out fishing with Kurtfish on Friday. No fish love but the weather and sea life were rockin. Shot these with my Canon 5D. Enjoy!
BTW-Last Sunday was a swirling toilet minus the poop.

It's the bait whistle for greenies. The dolphin seem to follow.

I will work on that one with GPS coordinates. Tracking collars would be nice as well.

Thsnks. It was a small group finning and they kept jumping every now and then. I aimed in the general spot and out it popped. Was not sure what was in the camera until I was at home.

Love the pop tart shot, Steve. They're about as cute as they come. Had a few almost jump in the boat!

You can't beat an SLR for photo quality. What kind of waterproof case are you using for the Canon 5D?

Great photos!! This is why I often hesitate looking at the fish reports. Now I see what I have been missing while I sit at the computer. I shouldn't complain. ... It pays the bills and allows me the gear to go out on the water.

Thanks Ron. Are you any closer to getting your kayak setup?

I bought a Watershed Chatooga on Jim Sammons recommendation. They use Watershed bags for the video gear on the water. The bag is urethane coated on both sides and has a drysuit type seal that also rolls down like a dry bag. I have padded lens and camera cases that I use in the duffle. My son and I are going on a canoe trip on the Colorado river in Nov, so I wanted to have a bullet-proof bag for my gear while we are on the water.
