Only highlight, besides being on the water were the 6 turbo green macs I made. While picking a backlash out of my Sabiki rod, I unknowingly made 6 steriod macs, which destroyed the sabiki. When I pulled them in, they were tangled at their tails. It looked pretty funny. They became chum. Good luck pm crew. |

I saw a PBer with a fish on really early. Then the seal ate it and played with if for the next hour or more. I launched at 4:30, hit the pier for a couple baits and ran to the spot. I got picked up and dropped 3 times. 2 were most likely calicos, one looked like WSB teeth marks, plus it was right before the PBer hooked one.

Today was my first time here & at the location mentioned  I fed the seals a coupla baits - got towed (big fish practice) for later LOL. Afran , what happened to the kelp? What kelp I did see in the area you mentioned looked sick/dying - I am only comparing to the kelp In P.Verdes & below S.Pedro as comparison , which is quite healthy and abundant for now :? Just Paying my Dues for now ! Hope we all get into some fish next time. jp
