Let's see if I can do the math correctly. Zero minus zero is still zero, right?
Let's hope that now that the sun is out a bit more, the water will warm and all those fish will get hungry. The long term weather forecast calls for building a La Nina which usually results in a warm, dry period. The weather folks are predicting a higher than normal chance of Santa Ana conditions throughout the fall. I am not sure how this will affect the fishing but it certainly couldn't hurt. Bob |

Not sure what you mean Bob? Still plenty of fish around; Ive fished N County alone a half dozen times in the last month and have done well by my standards.
As for the green fung, again, seems to be just concentrated in the surfline, I wouldnt let it worry you. Best, Josh PS I promise to send you an email next time I fish localy as im getting tired of catching fish alone |

Catching fish all alone reminds me of the old line about the sound a tree makes when it falls deep in the forest with no one around.
Next time you go out, let me know. I will be happy validate your good luck and attest to your tremendous fishing skills. Maybe some of that luck will rub off. Bob |
