Illegal Yellowtails Tasty Good in California
In case you haven't heard: Mexican Yellows Are Here.
Please don't tell Joe Arepieo. These guys can stay. I've read that Baja yellows fight harder for two reasons. One, warm water is less viscous, thus the water offers less resistance as they swim. And two, warmer waters have less oxygen. So, especially when they're running for the lives, they swim harder to meet their oxygen demands. And maybe, they might realize they could end up in my kitchen... This 18lber fought way hard. Just as hard as our winter time homeguards. And just as tasty too. Futo-Maki Spicy Hamachi Rolls Hamachi Nigiri, blow torch seared. Didn't the Greeks invent Sushi? |

Yani, when is your book coming out? You need your own tv show, it should air right after Jim's fishing show.
