T Sharks

Paddled out this morning (15Jul09) in La Jolla, tried for some butts, to no avail.

I did however manage a double hook up! On 2 Threashers!

That was a hand full; or hands full as the case was.
I already landed a larger model back in May, and vowed it to be my one and only, and was happy when both T's chewed through the 65# spectra today like it was string cheese.
Both were jumping and flipping like marlin, a really fun fight X2!
After battling those two for a while, I was gassed!

I'm not sure why the T's have returned for an encore, but heard one fella say he caught one, and helped a friend boat another.

Tight lines,
Willy

I played with three of them last Friday morning. They were thick that day, little stinkers.

Personally I am against taking any sharks, male or female.

This may be a dumb question, but how can you tell the boys from the girls?

The females complain a lot, and the males rarely pay attention.

I saw one yesterday that launched straight out of the water like a missle and did it 3 times. No one was around it, it was just feeding on its own.
