Norwegian westcoast seen from the yak, but no fish..

Hi!!

Here’s another report from Norway, With both scubadiving and yakking.

Went out early early to change boat, needed the small stinkboat for the scubadivng.
Brought two friends With me for the divesession. Was real nice, a bit cold but niceJ
Whene we finished diving, I drove home and strapped the yak on the car.
Had to do some paddling!
Tried to fish, but caught nothing more than these photos

Enjoy!

Epic place... nice pics! What do you catch out deep there? Did you see any brown trout? I hear them bite good after it rains

That is our boathouse, but with no room for the boat..
Full of furniture and fishinggear.
But no problem, the boats are on the water all year around.

Catch all sorts of fish:

anglerfish
atlantic halibut
(atlantic) cod
salmon
trout
greenland halibut
mackerel
herring
hake
haddock
eel
ling
lumpfish
picked dogfish
plaice
pollack
redfish
saithe / coalfish
sprat
turbot
tusk
whiting
wolffish
perch

Catch some brown trout in freshwater, but a am more of a saltwater angler.
But they bite in the rain, thats right.

Great Scenery, would be nice to paddle in those areas, might take a while to get there from SoCal.
