That kayak looks like it would be good for 2 tanks SCUBA diving. You'd be able to switch out a tank.

Question for Drew and Nate - is the seat adjustable, and does it come with an optional pillow mount / head rest?
I can see some serious potential with that yak....

Launch in LJ with Pro Angler ?
I think this will be a perfect kayak for bay fishing or freshwater fishing with a ramp to launch the kayak .
Or , you need to be weight lifter to drag this beast in the sand in and out of LJ surf launch. My Hobie Revo is already as heavy as pig with all my gear on it . Dan |

If they get much bigger you'll need a trailer and outboard. My outback at 66 lbs is heavy.

I saw a couple of guys with 2 Pro Angler boats on the beach back on the 27th. They were loading the boats on a trailer @ LJ.
I wish I could have seen the surf landing for myself to get a better feel of how it reacts launching in and out of surf. They said it was no problem, but I've been through enough surf launches to know anything can happen quickly. Its a big kayak/boat. Last edited by Billy V; 03-08-2009 at 11:41 AM. |

Fun video. My kids got a kick out of it. "Why is that guy licking the kayak dad?"
Is a trailer in the future for this kayak?
