Where to go?

I have some rare free this Saturday. It looks like it is going to rain. Does anybody suggest La Jolla, or SD Bay?

Does the rain effect the fishing, other than make the conditions nastier on the surface?

to a point.... fishing seems better just before its gonna rain... while its rainin the bite will stay or decrease from the better bite.. and when it stops raining it seems the bite slows down but u should stay out there as long as u can... u never never know
