Dana Point - 06-19
Headed west about half a mile and started trolling a smallish blue mackerel rapala south. about 5 minutes into that I got picked up by a smallish Thresher, haven't caught one of those in ages. Later down the line I ended up in the kelp just inside San Clemente. Got a few small sandies and calicos and then got nailed good. Turned out to be a WSB, looked legal, but broke the line as I went for the net. Went inside along the beach for a couple more small calicos.

That bite action beyond the Calicos, should get you even more excited to go out ASAP. Tight Lines.
