Cabrillo 5-31-19
Water was 57-59 and dirty green. Nothing much until the tide change started at 11. Had to really get in the kelp and fish the holes. All smaller models 12" and under. 8 Kelp, 5 Sand, 1 Apple Snail and 1 Kelp Snail. I didn't know those tubes baits worked so well on the snails. I don't think I have ever caught a snail on a rod and reel and got two today. Wind picked up in the afternoon but not too bad. Off the water by 5. |
