Really want to but fly home from vacation late on the 29th. If I'm feeling spunky I may join in but I know better. Can I last minute join the morning of?

Yes...but...

Cronus...Yes you can sign up the morning of the event...but... this is a CPR tourney with a hawg trough and photo submissions and utilizing the iAngler app and it's a lot easier to do if you are familiar with the app and submitting photos.

The advantage to signing up early is that you can send in practice photo submissions before the event so that on tourney day you are comfortable with the app and it's use. You also get a few emails with tips and some video links to help you with the app and the submissions.

There is nothing more frustrating than trying to log in and set up an account the morning of the event at 5:30am and it's also tough on the guys signing anglers in at registration if they need to take the time to explain the app and how to register.

But...the bottom line answer is YES you can register the morning of the event.

THERE IS STILL LOTS OF TIME TO GET A DRAWING TICKET FOR THAT PHENIX ROD...we are still stuck at 11 registered and payed, as of today (Monday 18th).

Thanks for the details. Will install the iAngler Tournament app and play with it this week before my vacation. Will watch a few youtube videos as well just in case. Most tournaments are using this app these days so it wont hurt to get familiar with it now. Thanks again!

Winner...winner...!

Paul Giacalone won the PHENIX ROD drawing today at the Captain's meeting...
Paul decided to fish with the AXIS HAX 820ml... !
I'll deliver his rod at the tourney on June 30th.
So...that leaves the ABYSS PSX870 as the last rod left for the Dana Point drawing when we reach 20 signups for that event...we are at 14 registered right now for our last event on July 14th.
See you on June 30th at Channel Islands Harbor...!
