Quick morning fish SMB

Launched at first light from MDR and picked up 2 spotties on the way out.
Winds were calm and swell was small with short intervals.
Loads of bait inside and outside the marina. Didn't see anything harassing the schools except for a pod of at least 30 dolphin which was cool.
Got 4 chunky Calicos and 1 small rockfish at around 60ft depth. The bass were legals with the biggest around 20". All released.
Headed in before the wind picked up and back at the launch by 10:30. Super fun morning. Felt like I had the bay all to myself.

Nice! Sounds like a super fun day. What jig is that? Do they hold up to salt water?

Hey Ed
That is a Pepper bladed swimjig. 3/4 oz.
Color is redneck shad. They hold up just fine in the salt. I get them from Tackle Warehouse.
