WTT MTB for a kayak

Well I know its a long shot but I am looking to trade my mountain bike for a kayak. It is an Intense Carbine 29C and is the pro build with many extras. Bike is a 2016 model and may have 50 miles total on it. It retails for 6900 and has well over 1000 more into it. The reason I'm willing to trade is I crashed pretty good and broke my arm and with a new baby at home my wife is not really happy with me. Kayak fishing is something I have been wanting to get into and and figured maybe this is my chance and well I probably won't break my arm doing this. What I am looking for is a complete set up preferably a hobie pro angler. Let me know what you have if interested. I have a ton of photos and can send you anything would like.

Sweet bike.. Same thing happened to me, but I just slowed down on the bike and spend more time on the water.. Either you fall down a hill or drown.. Risk are risk..

Sick whip and GLWT!

Something tells me your wife won't be 100% happy with you spending every free minute pedaling a hobie around, cleaning rockfish in the kitchen, and splicing spectra loops for your jigs when you're supposed to be changing junior's diapers

Lol jkjk you;re prolly a model dad and I don't mean to troll....but srsly fishing will dominate your LIFE bro.

WTT MTB for a kayak

What I would recommend if you cannot find a trader here, is to craigslist it. If you can sell for half of what you paid for it you will get yourself I nice hobie rigged up ready to rock!
I traded racing dirt bikes for fishing and although I miss it ALOT, fishing can be just as fun at times. And a little safer than 100mph in the dirt on two wheels.

See ya OTW

Its funny as Im reading the posts on here I can't help but laugh to myself. Fishing has ruled my life since I was about three years old, that and killing ducks (thats a whole other can of worms). Ive raced mountain bikes, and dirt bikes and had stopped due to hurting myself too many times. You really don't realize how dumb you can be on a bike until you have a kid. I hate to get rid of it. I know I won't get out of it anywhere what I paid for it, but if I can get into kayak fishing I think I will be able to see past it.
