The rookie is still picking away...
Making bait was pretty easy and I got bit in about 100' of water around 8am slow trolling a salami greenie. Must been in the right place at the right time, only heard of one other caught. Off the water by 10:30. Water was warm (70-71) but really green but clear. This fish is a little smaller 15-18 pounds or so, however Lori and I are going to enjoy sashimi this afternoon. Got my gal hooked on the super fresh raw fish. Met some more super cool cats on the beach after my session. Thanks Roger for the help with my yak! Go get sum...
