Mexican Yellowfin Dish:
Yellowfin Chili Verde Sopes Where did I get the inspiration of come up with this original dish?? Fishing and Eating in SoCal! The greatest place on earth. Sopes are super Mexican tortillas. Once you figure out how to use them, your imagination will go wild, just like mine. The comb on the sope, chili verde, and yellowfin will put you right in the heart of coastal Mexico!! Of course, this same dish can be made with yellowtail. But I hope all of you score a tuna this summer and try this dish. Thanks fellas. Aleta amarilla, Griego loco.
Another fine dish. Your food pix are never lacking. You could be a food stylist for ads.
