The little one
I gave all the big ones away to friends and family. I am the only one that eats fish in my household. So yes, I kept the little one. Perfect size for me.
If I am supposed to only keep the big ones, then why are people keeping the sub 50 pound bluefins? I say keep what you will, just as long as it is legal. Most importantly, don't let it go to waste. EAT IT!!!!! |

Give the guy a break.
No one ever talks shit to the guy that keeps his first 22" halibut or that 'barely legal' lobster or that 14" calico but you guys are getting on him for this. Enjoy the fish for what it is...........

Yes it does. I love it cooked over the grill. I prefer the larger ones for sashimi.
