The least they could do is clip in. The SCBA should be good for 6 feet underwater!

The fire boat blew by me this morning as I was working the docks around Harbor Island. Those guys were picked up from shore and are regular firefighters. When the boat went by me there looked to be just 2 or 3 guys on board.
