Has Anyone Caught a White Sea Bass Yet (Besides that Lucky Dog Andy)?
And, yes, for those who will catch one soon, this applies to you too. White Sea Bass Baked in a French Packet (Papillote) It's just as good as it looks, and remarkably simple to make. Check it out at: http://bit.ly/1SR79hC Tell your friends about us on Facebook. Thanks Yanni |

I cannot confirm nor deny the existence of said fish in or around Southern California kelp beds.

White Sea Bass
Yani,
sir you are a chef and an artist. You always show us the best photos and you provide the recipes to boot! I look forward to your future posts. Are those yellow flowers edible?

Looks awesome Yani !! If I ever catch one I am doing this. I may end of having to buy the meet. I was told I need to sacrifice a goat to finally catch one.

Yes, those flowers are edible. This time of year there are many herbs
that are flowering. Those flowers can definitely be used as garnish. |
