What fish is perfect for Shishkebabs?

Rockfish. Here's why: rockfish have firm dense meat that
stays on the skewers, even after they're grilled.

My new recipe shows how easy it is to create fish shishkebabs,
laid on a bed of rice pilaf. If you have a rosemary
bush around, you can use rosemary branches for the skewers.

Included with this recipe is an easy to make baste for the shishkebabs
that you can use on chicken, pork or fish. Plus step-by-step instructions
for a basic rice pilaf. Hope you guys try this with your rockfish fillets.

Thanks Fellas. Keep catching fish!

Looks amazing Yani!

Super simple recipe, the most complicated thing about this one is the rice...and that's not complicated at all.

Kabobs.0

I just made blue fin, medium shrimp, jalapeno, turkey bacon and mango kabobs last night with cajun seasoning. Also, for my lunch at work. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures but it was awesome!
