I guess Elephants DO like peanuts. #FlyFishing Video added!
I recently attended a Fly Fishin film festival, and got inspired to take a crack at it and create a short vid. It's a rough sketch but hope you enjoy it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A87UsTE650A&sns=em http://youtu.be/A87UsTE650A

Nice to see some fly action on here. Really enjoyed the video and love that area. I need to get a nice camera rig and a new shoulder. Or learn to cast right handed!

Cool video! Nice job man. Were you using a full sinking line? I've messed around a bit with the fly rod but never been very successful. Thanks!

Thanks corpsmanusn2001! Sinking line Yes. Especially if it's pretty deep. Although this water was pretty shallow but I still use it, just have to strip line fast enough to avoid snagging any eel grass. Now wipe the dust off your fly rod and get out there!

Thanks! I might take you up on that! I need to dig in and not give up on it. I'm pretty comfortable casting and stripping etc. I just haven't put a lot of effort into it yet. Plus the fly selection is endless. Can you recommend any? Or do you tie your own? I have a few steamers that I messed around with last year before I tossed the rod into the rafters. Lol.
