Anybody up for a prefish at Mariners Basin 4/11? - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

I'm going to be fishing Mariner's Basin on 4/11. I'll be there at dawn. The Basin is at the end of Mission Blvd. on the left. Easy access to the bait barge, jetty and bridges.
