Fellas, we are lucky to have La Jolla's Rock Fish.
Do you realize what anglers are paying to go
to the Channel Islands to go get fish like ours??

Here's a recipe to get the most out of your rock fish.
It's baked, whole, in the oven over vegetables.
This dish is definitely Mediterranean that would make
any Italian grandma cry. Give it a try, and once you've
figured it out, use any whole fish you like.
