Penn 555GS Reel (BNIB w/ clamp, tools and original paperwork, made in U.S.A.)...SOLD

This was in a storage locker I bought with a buddy. Looks to be brand new and never used.
These older, made in the U.S. Penn reels are quality workhorses and very versatile.

I live in the Thousand Oaks area. Price drop to $85...SOLD

Here are some specs I found:
Gear ratio: 5.3:1
Capacity: 600yds/20lb

REEL INFO: GS Performance Series - designed to tackle everything from surf casting to jig fishing to bluewater live bait angling. With advanced features like one piece graphite frames, precision machined gears, super duty shifting systems, lightweight, adjustable soft grip handles and more, these American made reels have the power, smooth performance and lightning fast gear ratios to tackle the fastest, meanest fish in the sea. (2000 Penn Catalog)

HISTORY: Light tackle model with special one way anti-reverse bearings that totally eliminate handle "kick back".

CONSTRUCTION:
Lightweight, one piece graphite composite frame.
Corrosion resistant metal inserts in the spacer bars for high strength and precision alignment.
Durable black anodized aluminum spool.
Stainless steel pinion gears.
Bronze alloy main gears.
Stainless steel sealed ball bearings.
Stainless Steel or aluminum side plate rings for strength and good looks.
HT-100 multi-disc star enhanced drag system.
High speed gear ratios for fast cranking lures.
Gear ratio is 5.3-1 but there are Penn kits to change retrieves to 4.25-1 or 6-1
Heavy duty replaceable clicker system.
Graphite composite free spool lever.
Spool tension control.
High strength, low profile, graphite composite rod clamp.

Very nice reels. I slayed fish with the GS series in the late 90's. Good price, should sell fast.

Open to trade for a smaller sized reel, something like a Daiwa Sealine 20 or 30, Avet SX, etc. We can add money on my end or yours to make the trade equitable
