I've been under PCH, can you still
launch from there? If not where?

Heres the 2 most common spots. I prefer coast guard station because u can use the crapper and rinse your kayak there (coast guard on top, kids beach on bottom)

Nice thing about the coast guard station is the ability to hose off your gear when your done.
