Solunar Tables?

Does any one look at or pay any attention to the solunar tables? Have you noticed any increased activity during those peak activity periods? When I can fish, I fish. Just curious.

Although I will fish whenever I have the time I do look at it and if there is a super fishy day that I'm not fishing I so make an extra effort to change things around to head out.

Now does that increase my catch rate? The jury is still out on that one.
