When your kid wants a Harley..........

.........You drive him to Palm Springs so he can get one Cody and I made the drive out after work yesterday and had his 2006 Dyna in the garage by 11pm.

I did have to buy his "old" bike, so he could afford the new one.......poor, poor pitiful me.

Cool, looks like a fun ride. Makes me wish I had kept my last bike for those early weekend rides in the mountains. I guess it's like the relaxing feeling we get when we spend those hours fishing on the kayak. Enjoy it Andy.

You should ride that thing over to the swapmeet at Veterans Stadium in Long Beach, I'm sure you will get lots of looky loos.

Nice rides! I rode in college - Harley wannabes. Parking at UCLA is a helluva lot easier on 2 wheels. Made a promise to myself the day I got my first bike - as soon as I had a kid on the way it will be gone.

But I sure do miss the days before the helmet law!

Poor Andy, has to buy his sons old bike. You got the best bike of the two. I've owned lots of bikes and the only ones that I never keep for more than a year are my Harley's.

Lovin the Triumph, I've been thinking of adding a Thruxton to my garage for a few months.

I bought my first bike at 15, a 74 DT 250 sold my last bike about 12 years ago.sold it more because of a money pinch than the kids Cody actually lit the fire in me again, at 21 he has already owned as many bikes as I have He felt the need to hop on a Harley because he got hired as a graphic designer for http://www.burlybrand.com/ and
http://www.progressivesuspension.com/
Can't wait to see how he builds the Dyna, he was up early the day after and already stripped it of all the touring accessories.

What a cool gig. I have some items on my bike that are the Burly Brand. I almost bought their lowering kit for my front forks about a month ago but decided to wait and save my money for some Samson True Dual Fishtails.
