Halibut tournament results.

SDRRC Halibut tournament is in the books now. I, along with a bunch of other people didn't even get on the board. The current was going one way and the wind was blowing the other. We just couldn't get a good drift going. There were only two Halibut caught, both by female anglers. Someone had to win. The winners fish was 8 lbs, 26 inches, and the second, 22 inches, was caught on our boat. Not a good day for a tournament. I did walk away with a lot of knowledge that I gained from a real Halibut slayer. I'll just take that and run with it.
