Fishing BKR?

If so you might want to be careful.

A friend of mine who lives near Point Dume told me that Sunday the DFG had a guy up on the Bluff photographing Kayakers fishing in the reserve with a big lensed camera. He also said they were also photographing someone spearfishing. I don't know if anyone got cited, but just thought I'd pass it on.

No need to be careful if you're not doing anything wrong. With all the technology that we have at our finger tips there is no reason anyone should be fishing in a closed area, if you are than you deserve to get cited.......JMO

Bust them and hang em high!

As much as we may not agree with the law we are stuck with it. When some members of a group break the law it paints the group with a broad brush as a bunch of law breakers and reduces our credibility in future "discussions".

Hang em high!

No reason to be in the closed area, with all the technology we can fish right on the border of the closed area all we want

My guess is that that's just what there doing; gathering evidence, looking for repeat offenders, and looking to make examples out of them. I'm sure they'll get plenty of publicity out of it.
