Line rigging fix-it tip needed to rerig Revo 13 rudder keeper
I've got the line and would welcome and rigging tips. What's the tip to "open" or access the fitting that the stern buggee comes out of? Do you access it by a twist of the fitting, or work at the fitting from inside from the rear hatch? I could not get my head in there. Or, is the line just knotted inside? I'd welcome any tips prior to poking at it.

It will unscrew from the outside of the kayak. When it is off, simply thread the bungee through the hole, tie a knot on the backside, screw it back in an you are good to go.
Hobie makes a tool to unscrew them I've never used the tool. Needle nose pliers have always worked well for me. |

I figured it was simple, but figured it better to ask than blindly twist away. Thanks.

Just like Steveooo said, long nose pliers work just as good as that tool.

Use a torch to heat up the fitting to loosen it!
