Exactly what I had for dinner last night.

I felt like having surf n turf so I went down and bought some steak and then off to my Deep Freeze to dig out a tail.

It's nice to have tail in the freeze.

Buy the bone in rib eye whole cut about 5 pounder age for 8 days in the fridge with cheese cloth on a bakers rack "dry age " . Cut in to "2 " cuts kosher salt and pepper on charcoal cant be beat man
