LJ 2/9am

Launched at 0600. Low tide, ankle slappers, light onshore breeze, water vis. 20', water temp 54-58. Headed to the pier for bait, but no light on the water= tough bait.

I went NW of the pier in 45', and picked up 5 greenies. I pounded sand for 3 hrs, then decided to head to the kelp for more sand poundin'. Towed my bait around to my halibut spot, but it wasn't meant to be. Soaked bait, and yo-yoed... Landed at 1130 to lowtide 1fters. I heard some good news today, though
Good luck,
D
