Brainstorm for In hull bait tank for PA12

I have seen in haul bait tanks but they all have one thing in common, you gotta drill a hole on the bottom of the kayak. the Pro anglers have two drain holes at the rear, pictured 1. Would it work if I use those drain holes? I might have to make an extension for the intake to facilitate priming..any suggestion that would streamline it so it won't effect the tracking of the kayak. Also gonna test overflow by theory it should work. The center hatch looks like the perfect size for a tank too

The rear drain holes sit just slightly out of the water. In theory you could make something work, but you would need a tube of some sort to go down into the water
