It is a brand new remodeled man made lake.
Here check it out! http://www.fishinglakes.com/anaheimlake2012.html I get invoices from: Santa ana river lakes, corona lake and anaheim lake

Not brand new, it's just refilled. But those things can be mud pits sometimes.

i think its similar to santa ana river lakes (SARL). a bit hole dug in the middle of nowhere and fish are thrown in there to be caught. but i could be wrong.

I went the opening weekend with my buddy and our yaks. Told us at the gate that we could launch them only that you can use is their rental boats. So I'd call to see if they changed it since then. And we fished from 6pm to 11 and didn't get a single bit and didn't see anyone catch anything the whole time we were there.

they were saying something about putting blue cats, silver cats, blue gill, sturgin, tilapia, and trout. Now I am guessing the sturgin and trout and tilapia are going to be seasonal and I thing sturgin will be a tall tail but we will see I guess. I just wanted to post about the news that I saw about another sit on top kayak lake besides the few we have.

Fishin is fishin, a nice fat cat would be fun on the yak, and you don't have to worry about cleaning cause anything over 5 gets put back alive...could be fun

Tony, you have got to be kidding!
Santa Ana lakes are big mud hole. There is not a less attractive lake that I can think of to go fishing. You must be spending too much time in the sun! |
