Well, welcome to the crew...but um...maybe you can play the "phone call" thing, to them, and work your way up the ladder, using such verbage as in" I belong to an organization that incorporates approximately 5300 people with contacts as far as the UK, Sir, I believe the fact that I will be posting a review, for all members to see, I would hope that your "product support" will be doing their advertised "excelent service" with this particular case, so that I can participate in the paid tournement that I am to be attending this weekend.
Thank you in advance for your attending to this matter....

Let's start with what caused the rudder to break? A little backstory will give people a better idea as to what happened. Native makes some good products and have a huge following back east. Was there some kind of impact that happened? I'm pretty sure George's rudder wasn't covered under warranty when it broke off his hobie....

Can't say enough about Hobie supporting their products. Cable on mirage drive was just replaced no charge ($48.00 part) 6 months beyond warranty...

Before this thread turns into heavy advertising for Hobie Kayaks...
I was happy to see someone out there coming up with a product to potentially rival Hobie. Native Watercraft seems to be the first mfg that actually put legit working system out (other kayak manufacturers are probably looking into their own leg powered propulsion systems)... Do tell us more - how did it happen?! Where did you buy your kayak? How come the show that sold it to you is not taking care of you?! I see you posted this all over, on a bunch of kayak fishing forums. It seems like you freshly registered on all these forums, posted this and never even came back to check? What, you figured done deal - you vented your frustration out, here's your revenge for $200 you need to spend... Do you realize what kind of damage a post like this could potentially do to the manufacturer?!? You better chip in a bit more, or we'll nuke this post pretty soon. |
